Eyewitness to Gyrocopter Landing on US Capitol Lawn

Pedi-cab driver Mohawk witnessed the gyrocopter's unauthorized landing on the U.S. Capitol lawn, Wednesday, April 15, 2015. The man was later arrested by police.
