As the Trump administration announced tariffs on an additional $200 billion of Chinese imports, the largest port complex in the United States is bracing for its impact. For the twin ports of L.A. and Long Beach, China is the largest trader and what happens at these ports can ripple through the rest of the U.S. economy. VOA’s Elizabeth Lee reports.
